The Careers Development Centre (CDC)
Underpinning all the unique advantages that Bond offers its students is our goal to help you find, not just a job, but a meaningful, rewarding and challenging career.
Whether you want to change the world, change your community or change your life, the journey to your future starts here on campus at the Career Development Centre.
The CDC is responsible for delivering Beyond Bond: Professional Development & Community Engagement – an innovative degree requirement designed to foster and develop the all-important interpersonal skills required by employers in today’s competitive job market.
Our team of Employment Services Specialists and Business Development Specialists serve as the vital link between students and our industry partners to manage internships and placements that offer quality practical experience and potential career contacts with leading Australian and international employers.
We can even help you find part-time employment and holiday jobs.
Above all, the CDC’s qualified team provides a full suite of career guidance services. Right from day one, we can help you define your career path, write applications and resumes, prepare for interviews and make contact with key employers.
We hold workshops, seminars, networking functions and an annual Job & Internship Fair, as well as advertising available positions on our Scout online careers and employment portal.
Choosing to study at Bond tells us that you want more than a university degree: You want a career that will shape your life experience and deliver a world of exciting opportunities.
The CDC is here to help you bring that ambition to life and we encourage all students to make us a key part of your Bond experience.
