Bond University Student Association Incorporated Delivery Policy

1      General

Bond University Student Association Incorporated (ABN 58 810 177 092) (BUSA, we, our or us) is determined to make the delivery of your products fast and easy. We are pleased to offer delivery to addresses in Australia. A delivery fee is automatically calculated, based on the items in the shopping cart. Items that are delivered electronically (e.g. event tickets) will not incur a delivery fee.

2      International Shipping

Unfortunately we do not offer overseas shipping at this time. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.

3      Timeframe

The delivery times provided by us are estimates only. We will not be held accountable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries.

In the event that multiple items are ordered, part deliveries may be made where stock is not available. All reasonable attempts to notify you will be made using the details you provided. Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address. We cannot be held responsible for incorrectly entered delivery addresses.

Please note that BUSA will be unable to process your order outside of the Bond University Academic Period. ‘Bond University Academic Period’ means Monday of O-Week to Friday of Week 14 of each semester, as defined by the Bond University Academic Calendar (URL: http://bond.edu.au/current-students/study-information/enrolment/academic-calendar).

4      Acceptance of the goods

The buyer is responsible for inspecting the goods for fault and notifying us within 5 working days of receiving the goods should there be a fault.

5      Order changes and cancellation

We cannot be held responsible for an incorrect address being entered on your order. Address confirmation is displayed prior to checkout. If the incorrect address is only noticed after checkout please contact BUSA immediately at busa@bond.edu.au.

We will attempt to update any incorrect order details, however due to our fast turnaround, some orders cannot be adjusted. In the case your order is processed and cannot be updated, we cannot be held responsible for the goods to be re-shipped.
